Our journey began in 2017, when our CEO Miles—then a college student with a passion for cross-border e-commerce—launched an AliExpress store.
He quickly identified a critical gap: overseas dropshippers (especially Shopify merchants) wanted access to China's rich product ecosystem, but faced frustrating barriers—fragmented factory communication, inefficient coordination, and unreliable fulfillment.
Seizing this opportunity, Miles started sourcing products, providing quotes, and handling end-to-end shipping for sellers. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for Gotofulfill, which officially launched in 2018 as a two-person team: Miles and his girlfriend (now wife), working tirelessly to earn the trust of early clients.
To fully commit to solving sellers' pain points, Miles closed his AliExpress store and focused on scaling a team dedicated to better prices, stricter quality control, and more reliable support.
What started as a small, passionate team has grown into a 100+ person professional squad.
